Refund policy

To provide the absolute best service, we require items eligible for refund returned back for further investigation. Sometimes, the courier would also require us to provide an evidence in a form of still photos and videos. Once we receive the product, we will fully issue the refund as soon as possible.

As for the custom made cakes, cupcakes, and dessert packages, we do require a non refundable 50% deposit.
